Here we assume that you are walking away from one of the flavors of Great Plains Software accounting and moving data to newly acquired Business One. This is Btrieve application and in your case it might be redeployed on Pervasive SQL Server 2000. For data export you can use ODBC compliant software such as Microsoft Access or Excel. We recommend Pervasive SQL Control Center where you can use SQL queries against Btrieve tables. In order to connect you need DDF files: File.ddf, Field.ddf and Index.ddf.
